The gentleman Patrick greeted my at my door and kindly put down clothe tarps on my carpet while he was in my home. He came in and got right to work after a few simple questions about the quality of air I noticed from my heater vents, and the last time my furnace was serviced. I could tell as he worked he had been in the business for a while, and he cared for his work. His truck was clean and the equipment appeared to be very new and high tech. I was amazed to find that not only did he patch my ducts where needed, but he also tightened the brackets so they weren't drooping. He was very courteous and efficient with his work. Thanks for cleaning the air I breathe everyday and helping my allergies tremendously.
