Chris performed this work while we were living in the house. He was very accommodating to insure that we always had the basics needed to cook, etc. He sealed off each section of major work to isolate it from the rest of the house. The materials and subcontractors arrived at the appropriate times and the progress was steady. He offered suggestions along the way that improved on our original plans. When Chris was finished, our 30+ year old home was like a new house. We had all new cabinets, electrical, custom lighting and plumbing in the kitchen, new cabinets, tub, toilet, plumbing and wiring in the master bath, refinished cabinets, new mirrors, countertops, lighting and toilets in the other bathrooms plus new flooring throughout the house except for the carpeted areas. He is a master craftsman.

At every stage of the project, Chris kept me up to date on how things stood. There were some complications in getting the old windows out (which was expected) and this Chris explained and demonstrated. All of the new windows are now installed and look beautiful. Chris is a careful worker who makes sure that everything he does is properly done and finished nicely. He is careful of my home and cleans up behind himself as he goes. Our house actually looks much more up-to-date with the simple framing he put around the new windows. I'm very pleased with how they turned out.
This is the latest of a number of projects Chris has done for me over the past eight years, including a master bath remodel and replacing a deck, front entry doors, an interior entry door into the garage, every closet door in the house. I really like his work and how good he is to work with.

The work was superb. Chris even added railing pieces to another part of the deck that had been done previously by us...where the railings were spaced too far apart. Chris removed the damaged wood and replaced everything. He then primed and painted so that the job was completed and looked perfect. He was on time, knew what to do, did a perfect job and cleaned up afterward. No complaints. Completely professional and calm and pleasant.

The project went very well. He had estimated 3-4 days of labor and it ended up being 42 hours total with the extra work on building the new gate and more damage than he expected. Chris was there every day that he said he would be, on time and on the job. What I most appreciate about Chris is his knowledge of construction and his care and attention to detail. When he has put something together it just looks good. I highly recommend Chris for any construction work.
