Clean & Clear

Carl has done great work for us on several previous occasions, so I called on him again. After playing phone tag a few times, we finally connected and set a date for the following week. The first time set was a potential time, based on whether the prior job that day was completed earlier. I was flexible so said that was fine. That day didn't work out, so he called and arranged to come the next day. Carl and his assistant came at the time agreed. They clarified what needed to be done and got right to work. They worked quickly and efficiently, even double checking in the middle of the job about one window that I hadn't specified. Clean up was done very thoroughly. I was pleased with their work, and felt their price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

I contacted Clean and Clear for a quote and left a message. Carl called me back right away and asked for my address to provide a quote. I called another company and not only had it taken couple days for them to get back to me. They wanted me to walk around the house to count and describe the windows to them. I also contacted another company who cleaned my last house and since they have new ownership, so the price was outages. I hired Clean and Clear to perform the work because the quick response and great pricing. The Technician came to our house in the morning and started working right away. He was fast but detail oriented. I was also surprised that they cleaned the window screen, too.

I THOUGHT CARL DID A GREAT JOB ON THE WINDOWS. HE CAME AT THE TIME HE SAID HE WOULD AND QUICKLY GOT TO WORK. I FELT THAT HIS PRICES (FOR BOTH WINDOW CLEANING AND OTHER JOBS QUOTED) WERE FAIR AND REASONABLE.

CARL DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB IN CLEANING ALL THE GUTTERS AND EVEN CLEANED SOME OF THE DEBRIS OFF OF THE ROOF. HE GAVE US A FREE ESTIMATE ON SEVERAL ITEMS THAT WE WERE CONSIDERING HAVING DONE AND WAS WILLING TO WORK WITH US IN REGARDS TO HAVING SOME WORK DONE 'NOW' AND SOME DONE 'LATER.'
