Hired them to complete specific work that I provided on a list to get my condo ready to sell. Instead they completed work not requested such as cleaning bathrooms. I ended up cleaning cabinets, stove, area behind stove, (except for floor which they had done). Cleaners were not professional in their appearance or manners. I checked with them to see the work they had done as they were finishing up and was disappointed to find that they had not cleaned the requested items and confirmed with them. My neighbor also told me that she was surprised to see how much time the two cleaners wasted taking smoking breaks and sitting in the car instead of spending their time cleaning. This was of course alarming to me and confirmed when I saw how little had been completed after supposedly several hours of cleaning by two people. I complained to the supervisor, who was quick to respond and assured me that she would have cleaners out again the next day to complete the work as well as to have a supervisor make a final check that everything was done. I returned after this final cleaning was completed and was still not impressed with their work. Cabinetry was not cleaned in the bathrooms and kitchen, stove was not cleaned, the two door vents were not dusted in the bonus room, and there was no nice smell of cleaning agents. I ended up cleaning this myself. I complained a second time, and although the owner provided a quick response I was given a small discount for the unsatisfactory work. I still ended up with a $400 bill for unsatisfactory work. I will never hire this company again.
