The demolition of the existing was quick and efficient. Clean up done each day. The replacement was timely and the workers very knowledgable and efficient.

This all happened within 2-1/2 working days. Communication was excellent! The workers took
great care to clean up, wheeled the big magnet around the yard and driveway. I
have chickens that run around the back yard and I was really concerned that
nails and anything else were picked up. The clean up was great!!! I did find a couple of nails in the flower
beds next to the house the other day and 1 small piece of trim missing from the
chicken coop (it must have gotten knocked off during the roof stripping and
then picked up during the clean up) not a worry, I can make another piece of
trim. They were so efficient, I left for
work on Monday and came home Monday early afternoon to find both the house and
garaged stripped and in paper. All the
workers on the roof were in safety harnesses.
I would have stuck around to watch but being inside the house was noisy
(no complaining) with all the work. I
returned home that evening to find the house completely finished! The garage was completely finished by Tue eve
and the place was cleaned up. By the
time I got home Wed eve the gutters and downspouts were finished! Wonderful job, the house and garage look
great!

Bravo construction is wonderful. Great attention to detail. Nice to work with. Very responsive all the time. Works well with other vendors. Cleaned up each night. We are always getting updates and updated schedules. Our remodel was done a head of schedule.
