They did a wonderful job! They were able to repair a couple tapes and convert a big stack of tapes within the budget we had. I was also impressed with the turnaround time, I dropped off the tapes on a Tuesday and they called me Thursday to say they were done. They were also incredibly helpful in answering my questions about converting the DVDs to a digital format So happy we went with them, we have a bunch more tapes to convert and will be going back for sure!

AV Specialists converted super 8 movie film to DVDs. They did an excellent job and very prompt. I received the DVDs in about a week, much faster than a large wholesaler. It cost a little more but was worth it.

From the first phone contact to the final product, they were outstanding in every aspect. They allowed me to use their facility and equipment, at NO charge, to review my old VHS tapes and select which scenes/memories I wanted to include. For three and a half hours, they let me go through over 35 tapes and just kindly checked in on me from time to time to see how I was doing.
Then, three days later, I met with their experienced, helpful and creative technician, Josh, to put together a DVD for my family. He was the most patient person in the world and understood the importance of the memory that was being created. The final product exceeded my expectations and was a heartwarming surprise for my children.
Pricing was fair and all the staff was professional and personable. I will go back again for further projects and will be recommending this company to everyone I know.

They were great and did a good job. They transferred super8 and VHS and a mini cassette to DVDs. I have checked around and the price was reasonable compared to other service providers.

Simple. My mother, who had a lovely voice, recorded herself singing in 1990 on a cassette tape. In addition, she had transferred to that tape some songs she had on a 78 record of herself from the mid 1940's. She's been gone many years. I decided to make a CD for all her friends and family. In addition to cleaning up the recording at the highest level, they made an absolutely beautiful piece of cover art from a photo of my mom singing.

These guys were great! They were done quickly and the quality was great. The VHS tape was actually a 20 year old copy of old 8MM reels from the 60's. I was dubious about how it would turn out, but there was no need for worry. Plan to use these guys again.

THE PEOPLE AT AUDIO VISUAL SPECIALISTS TOOK ALOT OF TIME WITH ME TO MAKE SURE MY VIDEO TURNED OUT WELL. THEY HELPED CUT THE ORIGINAL TAPES AND PUT MUSIC TO THE NEW ONE. IT TURNED OUT GREAT.

THE COMPANY USED MULTIPLE SIMULTANEOUS COPYING MACHINES WHICH SHOULD HAVE PRODUCED 13 EXACT COPIES. WELL THEY DID NOT! ABOUT 4 OF THEM WERE NOT CONNECTED TO THE AUDIO. THE COMPANY APOLOGIZED AND READILY REPLACED THE 4.
