My experience with this company was a complete fail. My kitchen range
display went blank and was covered under a home warranty insurance from
Old Republic. Old Republic decided to replace the range, had the new
one shipped to my house and gave me Appliance Repair Experts number to
handle the installation. I contacted them and scheduled the install for
Monday at 10am. On Monday I waited at the house for an hour and called
them to find out where they were, it went to voice mail. Waited
another hour and called them to reschedule, it went to voice mail.
Called Old Republic who said that they would contact them and I received a
text at 12:45 saying that their 'truck broke down' and would like to
reschedule to Tuesday at 10am. Tuesday they showed up at 11:45, took
one look at the range and said that they could not install it because it
required a hard line connection and that they only deal with plugs.
What kind of 'appliance expert' only deals with plugs? They told me to
contact Old Republic, turned around and left with no apology what so
ever. Shame on Old Republic for using a company with such horrible
customer service and disregard for other peoples time.
