We told them what our needs were and they were very good about telling us the different options and what would work best. Because we were upgrading our system, the sales rep asked his supervisor if he could provide us a discount which my husband and I appreciated. They had an individual training with our sales rep and I thought that he was very helpful so both of them could help my husband and I with our questions individually. Our sales rep had previous experience in building comptuers so I feel that their reps have knowledge beyond how to operate the computer.

The experience I have had with the phone itself has been great. I was overwhelmed at first because I did not know if I could use all the features. We have gone back to the Apple Store and they have been excellent and very professional.
