I liked their price. Someone had recommended them to me and I went on to get some competitive bids but everyone else was far more expensive. Some bids I got were $20,000, some were $18,000, some $22,000 and his was $15,000. There is nothing I disliked. They were very reliable, trustworthy and got everything done on time. They have already come back to do repairs free of charge just because they are a good company.

They did everything on time and according to plan. Were very knowledgeable. Our old oak floors looked pretty good to begin with, and looked perfect when they finished. However, our old cedar floors had to be stripped of paint and although they had warned us that the floors would like and quot;rusticand quot; upon completion, they did not warn us that we would still be able to see splotches of paint in certain areas...and although the splotches aren't large, for the amount we paid, I expected it to be entirely paint free. They look MUCH better and fairly nice, but I'm still rather disappointed. My husband interacted with them rather than myself so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt with a B since I'm not exactly certain how the preliminary conversations went, and he's quite hesitant to ask for a discount on account of the remaining paint splotches.

Never use them. The work was sub-standard and they were very uncooperative coming back to address problems.
