Home Inspection
Wally was great. He inspected a lot of things that normally would not be included in a condominium inspection but since I had concerns he included these things in his inspection at no cost to me. The unit is only 900 square feet and he spent two hour inspecting everything. He was very polite and explained everything very thoroughly. I had my report in less than 24 hours which allowed me a longer period of time to decide on how I was going to handle my response to the Seller. I will be using him for all of my future real-estate inspections.
