All Aspects Concrete Construction

We first met in October and discussed the project several imes. We had two other bids, one of which was less expensive, but we decided to go with Jason because he was more clear about the job. We agreed it would be best to wait until the following summer so the weather would be drier. I called Jason at the beginning of the summer. We set up a time but had to move it due to rain. We set a new date. He and his crew came on time, worked diligently and did the job just as we had discussed. Jason answered all of my questions patiently and he and his crew accomodated all of our needs. Jason oversaw the job the entire time. His crew cleaned up thoroughly after the job. It is too early to know if there will be any structural problems, but I doubt therre will be. Jason had to spend some extra money to get a jack hammer because he wanted to make sure they did not damage the brick pillars at the bottom of the driveway. He did not charge me for this extra expense, which I appreciated. Jason provides good customer service, is easy to work with, and communicates well.

Nice guy, but did not respond with a bid.

Due to the breakdown of buried tree stumps and roots our asphalt driveway sank about six inches over the last three years leaving us with sink-holes and cave-ins. We also removed a large deck from the back of our house and had Jason install a large patio. Jason was super easy to work with, very responsive, great at his trade and a really nice guy to boot. He was open to all the ideas that we had and very flexible with us changing our minds on several things. For a residential job this one was pretty big and everything went just as Jason said it would. All the contractors that Jason used for excavation work, cement delivery and cement pumping were also great. We had no problems with any of them. The only problem we have now is that lots of people walking by our house stop to ask us about our new, great-looking driveway. Jason and his crew are top-notch and I would recommend them to anyone.

Contractor too busy to get an estimate from. Attempted to contact him via phone/email after the first call with him with no response. Says he's booked till August 2013.

I selected All Aspects Concrete Construction from positive reviews on Angie's List, their nearby location in Lynnwood, and their willingness to do smaller jobs as described on their website. Jason Fletcher responded quickly to my phone message, came to my home that afternoon, and gave me a verbal estimate on the spot which was reasonable and competitive. I was pleased by Jason's suggestions addressing my concerns about drainage and also by his recommending a Light Load Concrete truck. When I called to accept his proposal, I lucked out in their having an opening the next week due to a delay on a bigger job. Everything went well and the work was completed in a single day as planned. Jason's communication with me during the project was very good on both design elements and in choosing an antique finish to better match the appearance of the new concrete with the front steps to my entry. I started out thinking of this as a needed repair and came away appreciating it as a very nice improvement.

I received the bid and ok'd for the contractor to start. It is a smaller job so he wanted to fit me in when he is working on another project in the area. He told me a tentative date on the week of 6/10. I said that was fine. As the time came near, I e-mailed and contacted him for a definite date, to sign the contract and informing him that I will get the permit and will be placing his company name on the permit. He never returned my calls or emails and now I have to find someone else. This is very bad business practice. The only good thing is that i'm glad it happened before we started the project.

After Jason visited our home to make recommendations and measure the work site, we had an emailed bid and phone call from him the same evening. We were very impressed with the speed of his response. As for the job itself, we couldn't be more pleased. Jason was onsite all day with an adequate crew to complete the job in one day - with minor follow-up work the next day.The finished work looks terrific. The new walkway is particularly attractive. We highly recommend All Aspects to anyone needing concrete construction.

After calling Jason for a bid, he came out the next day, gave me a price on the spot that was lower than other bids and also provided some great recommendations on things I had not thought of that would make it look nicer and have the new addition blend in best. The job itself went extremely smoothly, he used a lot of rebar and wire for the concrete to adhere to and Jason does the finish work himself and doesn't sub out, so you get the best quality. I would highly recommend Jason, he did a great job and I will use him again whenever I need concrete work done, as well as refer to those I know.

Jason and his son came out at the appointed time and did the work in a fast and efficient manner, and even gave me ideas for a project I was working on at the time. The job looks good and the price was fair.

We only got as far as requesting a bid, but shut our project down. We plan on starting up again in the spring and will contact these people again for a bid. They were very quick to respond.

This review is long overdue because of my procrastination: I solicited several bids (all Angie?s List top performers) to replace my badly cracked and sinking upper driveway. From the first meeting, to give me a bid, to the finished job Jason was a pleasure to work with. I was worried about how the driveway would drain down my steep lower driveway and asked for a drainage plan, including a raised edge to match the lower driveway. Jason ensured me that he would do exactly what I wanted and he did. It drains perfectly. I expected this project would take several, if not more, days but Jason and his crew had everything removed and mostly formed by the end of the first day and poured and finished late on the second day. With a little clean up after that everything was done in a timely manner. I would recommend All Aspect Concrete to my closest friends and family. And to you!

We loved Jason and his crew. More importantly, we LOVED their work! My husband and I do most of our own remodeling (he used to own his own construction company), but now and then we call someone in to do work for us. We have pretty high standards and the price needs to be reasonable. These guys showed up when they said they would and finished on time. Also (and this will be important to other women) I'm usually the one who makes the appointments and interacts with the crew. I was very comfortable working with this team. They were professional, friendly, and non-intrusive.

Jason, Shane, and the rest of the crew did an excellent job. Tear out and clean up of old driveway was completed Monday, and the pouring, shaping and final cleanup was done on Friday. All was done to specifications, and on-time. Now we have a beautiful new driveway!

Jason did an excellent job replacing our front walkway with a new concrete walkway to include decorative stamping. His work was at all times professional, courteous & timely. I'm lucky to have met Jason.

Jason was very prompt coming to see our project, listened to what we were thinking of doing, and suggested a different way to handle the problem (water coming down the steps and thru the rock retaining wall.) It was a much better solution to our problem. When we asked him to do the job, he scheduled it very quickly. The job involved removing the old steps, walk, and rock retaining walls. Then a whole lot of dirt had to be removed along the side of the house so the steps could go up next to the house instead of straight out. We needed a pumper truck for the pour, and Jason scheduled the cement and pumper truck at the right time following the assembling of the forms with no problems. We needed to be sure water ran away from the house - and they did a beautiful job with the sloping. The steps are just exactly what we wanted! We've even had two other contractors (for different parts of the job) ask for his name. We are completely happy with his work and with the price.

Doing well by doing right. That is a good way to describe Jason Fletcher and All Aspects Concrete. We contacted 5 companies for bids on this job and from the minute I spoke to Jason I hoped I could afford his bid. He takes the time to listen and it makes a big difference on the job for me. Because of the age and location of this property it was a particularly complex, physically demanding and a mentally challenging job. I am not some green horn who is hiring his first contractor, it is possible that I have worked with approx.. 1000 or more contractors in my life. We participate on Angie's list currently in 4 states. Not only did Jason finish this job perfectly but it was the little things that really put him over the top. For example; 1.The continued help and advice on related work going on in conjunction with his work on our project. 2.The demeanor of the employees and their work ethic. 3.Maintenance and clean-up of the job-site, during and after. 4.Jason runs his own crew, your not getting a sub or paying for a fancy shirt/uniform and/or vehicle. 5. THE PRICE and THE RESULTS!Pull a dollar out of your wallet and realize it is not just buying power it is Economic Voting Power! If you don't like what's going on in our country start using your economic voting power to the advantage of guys like ourselves. Besides we got a better price, better product and a better job. I endorse this small business and have already scheduled a second job with them.

They did a very good job, I was very happy with them. They work really hard, it came out well, and the price was very good. They did the job really quickly, it went really well.

After initially meeting Jason to discuss the project we were confident that he was the contractor we wanted to use. It was evident that he knew how to fix the drainage problems. He and his crew worked hard and diligently throughout the entire project, and was successful at producing a beautiful finished product in the end. We are extremely happy with the results.

Jason responded promptly to my request for a bid. When I accepted his bid he and his crew were there within 3 days (They would have been there within 1 day, but I told them to delay a couple days). Within a couple of hours they had the site prepared and ready for the concrete. When the concrete truck arrived they tackled the job quickly and professionally, and by 5:00PM were completed! The final product was an addition to an existing patio and their workmanship matched the existing patio perfectly. The crew was very personable and professional. Job well done!

Good, could have cleared up a little better

Great work completed by Jason and cement sub-contractor. Jason oversaw all the stages of this ~2day project and completed much of the actual work himself. We had an informative, detailed pre-consult; an accurate and speedy estimate; and efficient and on-time actual project rollout. Thanks Jason and all.

Due to a sewer replacement, we needed to have a new driveway & sidewalk for our new house. After getting several bids, Jason's bid seemed to be the most straight forward and cost effective. He also tossed in a small sidewalk on the side of the house for no charge. He & his crew arrived promptly, and got the job done in a very acceptable amount of time. They also installed a trench drain at the base of the driveway. The finished product looked great. He was very willing to fit us in during a busy time, and it worked out great since we were trying to time other projects around the driveway. Unfortunately, a couple months after the work was done, we experienced a sink hole around the area of the sewer replacement, underneath the new sidewalk and part of the driveway. The company that performed the sewer replacement had not filled & compressed the soil well enough and with heavy rain, the entire area sunk about 6 inches. Jason came out and filled in the area at no charge - even though it wasnt their fault. Would definitely recommend Jason and All Aspects Concrete, and we will use them again in future projects.

They did a fine job. They did not do the form work. They arranged to get the pump truck and concrete in place and smoothed out the poured concrete.

After much back and forth between missed calls and voicemail, I had come to an agreed base price to pour sidewalk in front and back. I had scheduled to meet Jason at 8 am (his time suggestion) on Aug 13th to have a final look and to schedule the actual job. No show - no call. I called about 9:30 am and left a voicemail asking him to give me a call; I would be just down the road but could be at the house within minutes if he was simply late. No reply. None. If there has been extraordinary circumstances, or emergency, that has not allowed him to call back then I'm sorry. But, without some kind of explanation I am at a loss. I'm very disappointed and now have to start search all over.
