The company was excellent! They came the day after we called. Since our smoke detector was chirping due to a low battery and we couldn't reach it, this was great! The young man who was sent out was personable, professional and very competent. He not only replaced the smoke detector, but also hung two very large and heavy pictures for us. One was in a stairwell, so this was especially challenging. We will definitely call them again when we have other handyman projects.

Mark came to my house to repair a kitchen cabinet door hinge. He was very professional, did the job quickly, gave me some DIY repair tips. When it came to paying, Mark said that the job was so small (10 minutes total) that he will not charge me today.

We originally asked Mark to replace a few steps on an outdoor staircase. He was quick to show us that the staircase had actually become dangerously unstable and needed to be replaced entirely - it was almost all rotted and someone would have taken a scary fall if he hadn't called our attention to the scary underside of the structure. He did this by calling us immediately and sending photos. I really appreciated how he quickly laid out options and worked with us flexibly on how we wanted to proceed. He is very careful to approve every estimate before beginning work. He took the rotted staircase down quickly and built a new one in its place. Even the temporary staircase was much better than the old staircase. I highly recommend Mark and his company.
