Window Service
While Wayne is an affable guy, the overall result working with him was bad. Wayne likes to do things his way, and apparently only his usual way. 2 windows were reversed and was not caught by him or the installation contractors, I caught the mistake. His suggestion was to cut a few hundred dollars off and leave the mistake as is. I asked for the correct windows as originally specified. It took 4 months from mistake to the correct windows being installed. On the egress, we wanted a min 3' x 4' opening, preferably wider. Wayne told me a window did not exist with an opening larger than 3 x 4, so I had to research myself and point him to another company which has standard windows with a 3 x 6 opening. Then, Wayne did not ask what trim I wanted for the windows and ordered as he pleased, again, with results not as I wanted. At the end, Wayne contacted me 5 times for payment (without confirming the new windows were correct). I wish his attention was as focused on the order as his payment.
