Very well. I was referred to On-Call by another provider because they couldn't come out for 3 weeks. When I reached On-Call they said they could be out the next day! The service was professionally done, quickly, and at a fair price. Scott, the technician and owner, also helped me figure out how to get my self cleaning oven to work. Definitely would use this company again.

This company is the absolute worst. Our refrigerator stopped working about 6 months after we moved in. We called our landlord, who had this company come out. NEVER AGAIN. It took them three days to come out, and on the second day of waiting, the refrigerator developed a rattling noise. I thought there was an electrical problem, and afraid of burning the house down, moved the contents of the freezer to our chest freezer, and unplugged the refrigerator. The repair guy finally showed up on the third day, explained that the refrigerator had probably had been dirty in the inner workings of it, and that unplugging it had defrosted everything and effectively flushed it. So we plugged it back in, and he seemed to be right, everything worked. So, what's the problem aside from the long wait? Well, this guy wrote a receipt that read, "tenant had unplugged ref to stop noise." Our landlord interpreted that to mean that we had unplugged our refrigerator over a noise, spoiled out our own food, and then kicked up a fuss about it. Our landlord then demanded that we pay the bill ourselves and gave us a ridiculously short window to come up with the money for it. We did. Thinking I could get reimbursed once the landlord understood the refrigerator had not been working for 2 days at the time we unplugged it, I called the company and asked them to clarify the remarks on their receipt. The woman who answered the phone didn't understand English well, couldn't understand what I was asking for, and outright refused to even pass my message along. I called multiple times over the next two months, left multiple messages, and no one would return my calls, even when I mentioned that I was the one who had paid their bill, and was their customer.

Scott arrived at my condominium approximately two hours after I called, at the given time.  He quickly assessed that the lid switch was broken.  He went out to his van, found the part, replaced it all in the matter of a half hour.  He was polite, efficient and got my washer back to working quickly.  I will call him again if I need future service.
