 + -1 moreI originally spoke to a technician that took my report over the phone as to what the problem with my computer was. I was very surprised and pleased when a supervisor called me back within a few hours to get more details about my computer and problem. The supervisor set up an appointment the next day that was convenient for me with the technician. The technician spent about 30 minutes logged onto my computer remotely and gave me several suggestions on how to keep it in better running condition. I chose GeeksOnTime because of all the references on their website and all the services they provide. They have a very impressive website and service to match. Their website is: www.geeksontime.com
Description of Work: I received remote computer service from GeeksOnTime. My Dell 8300 Desktop had some viruses that they fixed and they downloaded some free programs to help me keep my computer in better running condition, one of which was spybot. They charge $85 per hour for remote service repair and support.
