I originally spoke to a technician that took my report over the phone as to what the problem with my computer was. I was very surprised and pleased when a supervisor called me back within a few hours to get more details about my computer and problem. The supervisor set up an appointment the next day that was convenient for me with the technician. The technician spent about 30 minutes logged onto my computer remotely and gave me several suggestions on how to keep it in better running condition.
