We were so pleased with the moving experience ..Cody and his team are very professional and worked so well with us.. We moved our parents into a retirement community and the team was very kind and helpful, prompt and careful. Moved the piano and antique furniture with such care and packing it so well.. They helped us set things up and were helpful in placing items so they fit . We highly recommend them for your moving experience

Cody and his team are top notch! Very professional and took great care in ensuring my furniture was wrapped and transported to my new home with no issues. They were on time for the appointment and got the job done in the time quoted. I would highly recommend First Response Movers!

Let me start off with the worst business sense I've ever seen in my life. This company is doomed to fail. They will start with Cody coming by and looking at what has to be moved and give you a quote that is super desirable. Now this is after "the boss" that should have a reasonable idea within hours of how long a move should take. I was originally quoted about 1200 plus truck rental which would be closer to 1800. The day before the move he decided to change it to a higher quote of a little above 2000. This is where is gets interesting. I took off time for the day for the move so the transition could go smooth and without a hiccup. That was not the case, I waited at the new place while my wife was at the place with the movers. I gave specific instructions of what I wanted moved first so I could start unloading while they started their next load. This did not happen, they did what they wanted. After 6 hours my wife said you need to come over. They have not done anything. I didn't believe her, but it was true. They had just made a pile of unorganized piles down stairs. BTW we had already had 20 to 30 boxes packed and ready for them just to grab which I asked them to first grab with big equipment downstairs like the entertainment center. When I talked to the movers they said they pride themselves on doing it in only one truck load.....which was impossible from the beginning. After 2o hours!!! They finally were able to get the first load to my new residence, with me doing some of the loading. Cody told me multiple times that this was un heard of and that I would not pay for there negligence. By the second load they finished with shit left everywhere around 30-40 hours. Now I'm exhausted from this ordeal and don't care or want to talk to or see any of these people ever again. Cody then sends me a bill for nearly 6000 dollars! So all promises broken, but at this point just pay him and never talk to him again. Then he calls me up a week after and tries to say that I have his dolly which his employees somehow lost. Funny enough, they never even used it. It sat in the front of the truck the whole time. Then Cody had one more lie he had to say before ending this all and this is one reason I've waited a few months to write this review. He told me that he was firing all his movers and they were the problem, what kind of work ethic is that, that you just blame your workers for this ordeal. Now months later, as I thought, they all still work for them and nothing has changed or will change. After reassuring that they have been fire he asked me again if I had their dolly. What a horrible business, I never hope to close a person's business, but the way they run they shouldn't have one or should really look at how to really run a company. As of now, this was the worst ran company I've ever seen, they have no morales, they lie, and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone

Left lane camper. Stop blocking traffic. Edit: I will absolutely leave you a negative review if you drive illegally in a work vehicle. Thanks for the 2 year late response 🥴
