After my water damage, Dry Guys Restoration did an amazing job putting my home back together. They were great with communication, helped me understand the process, and listened to me when I got overwhelmed or had concerns about what was happening. In the end, my kitchen was put back together and looks wonderful. These guys are great and went above and beyond to help us, we felt cared for and that we mattered just as much as the project.

We added some things, they were gracious and cooperative, the paint we chose didn't cover as well as it should have so they had to put three coats in some areas which they did at no extra cost.

They completed the job in a timely manner and the work was perfect! I would recommend this crew for any of your painting needs.

FILP did excellent work and the painting crew was easy to have around--no loud music, no cigarette butts, and they were continually busy working. One area that could use a bit of improvement is better communication with the customer about changes in things like paint quality chosen and when the crew is expected to be on site. Communication between manager and crew about where to paint accent and trim colors could be better. Overall, they made good when I pointed out a mistake in where I requested trim color. I have recommended FILP to friends.

I had a 2000 sq ft house I was moving into and wanted painted first. Painters had four days for white ceiling and bedrooms, living areas were another color, flooring did not need to be protected. No doors, moldings or trim were being painted...just walls and ceilings. 2nd day I was told painter could not get Benjamin Moore Aura paint in the quantity needed from his regular supplier. He could get it elsewhere for almost double the cost or ... So we went with Behr paint. Thursday evening I went to see the final job and there were areas that needed touch up, painters could come the next day and do that but movers were delivering my furniture on the Friday and I did not want wet paint. I said I could touch up at my leisure. Friday, seeing the house in the daylight, I realized a bit more touch up was needed than I originally thought. One bathroom everytime I sit down I see three places that weren't covered with new paint at all. Since I paid for two coats on all walls it just left me skeptical. There were two painters. All individuals were pleasant to deal with.

The Painter was George. He responded to everything I asked of hi m which I really appreciated. He did a good job painting, but the spackling was not very good at first. I had him come back two times later to correct the job which he did without complaint. Ken the boss was very professional and let me pay my bill with 2 payments since I am on Social Security. He was very helpful. I would hire his company again.

I live in Florida and bought a summer home in semiahmoo ,I contacted Ken before the close and he priced the job to paint the whole house both inside and outside. Starting when I took possession he scheduled the work to coincide with all the trades and save me a lot of organization. All this took place while I was Still in Florida.

Filp Painting is a professional company. They did a good job and did not over charge. I would hire they again.

Flip are very professional, responsive and did a great job with our interior painting, I would use them again.

Job was finished on time but required my constant supervision. Customer service could have been better but lack of communication between the painter and his boss was an issue.

Just an adequate job- did not complete the whole job refrigerator was supposed to be moved to paint the whole wall- They will have to come back another time,althought what was painted was fine.
