Very well. He is very nice and prompt. Very professional. Explains things very well. Would highly recommend. I have old roofs and did not want them pressure washed. I had two roofs done...one was pretty pitched so the price on that one made sense...the other was a ramble and I thought the price on it was a bit high but it was still worth it and I'm glad I hired him.

I am disappointed that my roof is still green. I was told it took time for the solution to work. It must take an awful lot of time.

"In response to this disheartening review, I didn't conduct any work at the specified location on August 14th, 2012, but would have been obliged to do so. Of the two times that I did in fact clean this roof (2010, 2011), when I was cleaning roofs full time, the last time I did so was on August 28, 2011 as cited by this same great customer in the exceptional review I received for that last time of service; I received a comparably exceptional review for the service I conducted before then on September 25th, 2010 (see previous reviews). Additionally, I didn't wash any windows either time, as cited in this particular review, but not in the last two. Lastly, I consistently let every customer know that the visible (white), powder form of treatment on the ridges of the roof (which is zinc sulfate monohydrate, unless organic solution is requested) will essentially dissolve over the faces of the roof in the next rainfalls, I make clear that it is a "preventative measure," but I don't guarantee that it will conduct work beyond what I do physically, preceding the application of the treatment. Conclusively, was this review really meant for me or for another company? Thank you!"

Thoroughly pleased with the quality and professionalism of their work. Gave me a "regular customer" discount my second go-around. Not sure how available they are now as the owner is also working full time now and may only work evenings and weekends.

David Carnahan (proprietor) came out with one of his employees to service my roof and gutters.He and his employee were on-time, friendly, fast, and thorough. He gave me solid advice about how and when to care for my roof and gutters in the future, and saved me some money be telling me I didn't need to have my moss treated as often as I thought I did. He was on top of communication, returning my calls within less than a day. I will use him for my roof and gutter care needs going forward.

The experience was great! I scheduled him on a Saturday and he came out with another helper. They got on my roof, cleaned it off with a metal brush, then applied a zinc product to keep moss from re-growing. My roof did not have a lot of moss on it, as I didn't want to wait until is was a slimy and expensive mess. They did a fine job and cleaned up after themselves, cleaning the brushed off moss and leaves from my gutters. Any moss that fell on the ground was cleaned up. I am definitely using them next Fall!

I had used this company in the past for major roof moss removal and treatment and I was satisfied with that work. I had talked with them about future work to just clear the roof and clean the gutters which he said they would be happy to do. I recently contacted David by email and we were able to make all the arrangements for this work to be done the following week without meeting since he was familier with my roof from the past. He did tell me in advance that his assistant, trained by him, would be performing the work. I hoped this change would cause no lack of quality, and it appears that all was done very well. It was agreed that I did not need to come home from work to meet with his worker and I could pay after the job was finished. This was certainly helpful for my work schedule.

He used a toothbrush! He doesn't use a pressure washer or anything, he does it all by hand. He was very thorough and it turned about great! He cleaned the gutters and the all the debris he took off the roof. He even put moth repellent. He is so meticulous with his work and is just amazing.

We are going to use him again. He did not do pressure washing and he is giving us a discount for every year we do a treatment . So, we are getting our roof and gutters cleaned without the ware and tare of pressure washing, I think that is a good thing.

It is a one person business and when he came out he gave me a very good analysis of what he was going to do and I was very particular about that because I did not want anybody to use any high pressure washers on the roof. He assured me the technique he would use and all the things he would do and gave me a quote. He was very professional about the whole thing. After I decided that I was going to use him, he set the date and he was there 8 o'clock in the morning. It was just Johnny on the spot and he did a great job. Price wise he was little more expensive than the other guy but I liked his analysis and I trusted him more from his explanations. He was reasonable and he was in the ball park. It was a matter of 8 or 9 percent difference.

I called and left a message for Mr. David Carnahan to give me an estimate for cleaning the roof and gutter. He called me back the next day and said he has been to my house already, since I left my address in his answering machine. he gave me a description of what he will do and how much it will cost. I agreed to his price. The first business I called from Angie's list gave me a quote that is higher and did not even go to my house to look at the roof. David was very professional and at the same time you get the feeling that he cares about the project. I asked him to take a picture of the roof before and after. he did this and he did a great job. i will definitely recommend him to anyone and will use his services again in the future. i definitely will not use or call or recommend that first one I called off your list
