With everything that we have put forth with him, he has been very prompt about it and he is focused on it. He has been a really, really good person to work with. He has given us advice about a property we are buying. We called him just to get his opinion and he gave us some valuable information. I like him because he put in very good quality materials and he thinks about practicality. He was thinking about cost effectiveness. He was not trying to sell us on something. He understands what you want and envisioning. He is into finishing and the overall look of something but he is not that kind of person that would push you to do a certain way. He is very conscious of what things cost and what is practical and what is not.
