SERVICEMAN WAS VERY PLEASANT. INFORMED US WHEN THE CHAINS WOULD BE SHARPENED AND QUOTED US THE PRICE. THE CHAINS WERE READY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE, WERE SHARP, AND WORKED WELL.

WE ALWAYS TAKE OUR CHAINSAWS TO WOOD'S LOGGING FOR REPAIRS. THEY KNOW HOW TO DO THE REPAIRS RIGHT AND MAKE THE REPAIRS IN A TIMELY MATTER. WE ALSO PURCHASE NEW CHAINS, AND HAVE THEM SHARPENED THERE, AS WELL, WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT IN KEEPING UP THE MAINTENANCE ON OUR TREE FARM.
