 + -1 moreTHEY WERE WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. THEY KEPT US INFORMED AS TO THE PROGRESS OF THE LOAN, TOLD US WHEN THE APPRAISER WOULD BE OUT AND WERE RIGHT ON THE BUTTON AS TO HOW LONG THE PROCESS WOULD TAKE. THEY ARE GREAT TO WORK WITH.
Description of Work: THEY ARE THE MORTGAGE COMPANY FOR MY HOUSE. I REFINANCED WITH THEM WHEN THE INTEREST RATES WERE STILL LOW, ABOUT A YEAR AGO.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS HIGHLY POSITIVE. THEY ARE COURTEOUS AND FAST. WE RECEIVED PERSONAL AND FRIENDLY SERVICE. WE HAD OUR LOAN APPROVED WITHIN 15 MINUTES WHILE WE WAITED.
Description of Work: WEYERHAUSER EMPLOYEE'S CREDIT UNION FINANCED OUR VEHICLE FOR A LOWER RATE THAN ANY OTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. THERE WAS NO FEE FOR THIS SERVICE.
