So far so good. They were prompt. Did everything in one day. Cleaned up and left the area better than what is was. Very courteous when I came by the house. Did a great job.

I have used these guys three times. Once replacing wind damage and twice to recover my roof. They did a great job each time. They were lower than all other bids and did excellent work.

He didn't do any work for me, but he was very prompt. The rates he gave me were very reasonable and he included no unnecessary work. He is very courteous and professional.

Initially, they were very slow in getting back to me about scheduling an appointment. Once we scheduled the appointment they were prompt and came when they said they would. They were timely and seemed to do a good, thorough job.

Went well once we made colntact.

The work was done in one day except for a piece of flashing on the new roof on the day they said they would. I called back the next day about the flashing and was told they would take care of it during the next week. I called back two weeks later and reminded them about the flashing. Apparently it had fell through the cracks, they were very apologetic and installed the flashing the next day. They did a good job on the roof and flashing, cleaning up all their debris.

Called on a Friday. Came out on the same day for bid. Crew arrived Monday for install. Very straight forward.

Fire retarding base installed along with torch down rubber roof. However, the contractor used one inch nails on 3/4" plywood. There were multiple penetrations(about 200 nails) through the carport roof resulting in the nail tips sticking through the roof on the underside.. Upon contacting the contractor he replied that building code required the use of the one inch nails. Upon checking the code I found this to be true. My objection to the work is that I should have been informed before the work proceeded so that a proper solution could have been determined. Contractor stated that he observed the initial work, but that the penetrations were not significant. However when asked to return by me to inspect the work he indicated he was sorry, but the work was done to code. He also stated that maybe I should have been present to observe the work. That could have been arranged had we known it was needed. He did have my cell phone number, but chose not to call. I thought I was hiring a professional company and that they are responsible for supervising the project. The contractor believes that he is not responsible for the repairs. The nail heads will now have to be ground off and the entire carport repainted which I'm quite certain will take longer than the roof installation took. It was also preventable. This could have been avoided with a phone call. I'd have been willing to pay for another layer of sheeting on the roof to prevent this problem if that is what was needed. They arrived on time and went right to work. They covered everything around the house with tarp and tore off the old roof in great time. My poor kids didn't care for the loud noise and I didn't see my cat until it was done, but that was the only negative to the whole experince. The people were very polite and professional. They did a beautiful job. The only thing I wish they had done different was to cover up the hole from I pipe we had removed instead of just placing an attic vent in it's place. It's not really that big of a deal but that was what was discussed. We didn't really mind enough to ask for a change. The overall service was great.

Darrel provided the estimate. He was timely, professional, made a prompt follow-up call, and seemed more interested in our business than the competitors. The estimate was the second-lowest that we received. The roof was largely completed in one day, two weeks after I received the initial estimate, although they ran out of tiles and had to complete the job a few days later. The guys who later did our gutters commented that they thought the company did an excellent job on the roof. Our only complaints are: (1) clean-up was not as thorough as we would have liked and, among other things, several nails were left in the driveway, endangering our car tires; and (2) the team did not communicate to us they didn't complete the job the first day and we planning to return, which caused us some concern when we discovered the incomplete spots after they left.

A company crew arrived at 8 AM and began stripping the old roof shingles by 8:15. They completed the tear off by 9:45 AM. Final installation and site clean up was completed by 3:30 that afternoon.

We were having some issues with the roof of the garage. It was leaking in several places. They came to our house to give us an estimate. They were able to match the tiles of the house. They did a good job and the clean up was thorough.

This company was very well organized and they did a wonderful job. The man calls us every year to see if we want our roof cleaned. He is a good guy. He runs a very smart business. He does a great job and keeps the cost down. He is also very efficient and very clean. His prices range between $175 and $200.

The office staff were friendly and helpful. They were busy and I was told a rep would call me the next day- and he did. He set an appointment for later and showed up right on time. The rep (Marc) looked at the roof, was very honest with us, and said the roof had a lot of wear left and we might want to wait. We told him we wanted the eves fixed and wanted to go ahead. He set a future date and called us when he thought he could start. The crew showed up on the scheduled date and time. The crew was very professional and worked together very well. The job was completed in two days. They did a great job. They cleaned up the area when finished, and hauled away the old roof and debris. The roof was warranted also. I highly recommend this company.

My call for an estimate was returned immediately and they made an appointment for the next day. Mark was very prompt and went over the work needed and the estimate thoroughly. When the weather finally cooperated, they sent a large crew and tore off the old roof and put on the new roof in one day, just before a big storm was due. There were a couple of little things they couldnt finish that day, but they were back the next day to finish up. They cleaned up the entire yard and the new roof looks great. I was very happy with this company and would definitely use them again.

VERY POSITIVE. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL. THEY KNEW THEIR BUSINESS. THEY HAD AN ANSWER TO A PROBLEM THAT HAD ALLUDED THREE OTHER ROOFING COMPANIES IN THE AREA. THEY SOLVED THE PROBLEM IN THEIR FIRST VISIT. THEY WERE SUPERB. THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING WHEN THEY LEFT. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT. I WOULD CALL THEM FIRST.

THIS COMPANY CAME AND PATCHED THE ROOF WHERE THE LEAK WAS, SO THE CEILING WOULD BECOME ANY MORE DAMAGED THAN IT ALREADY HAD. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK.

TO MAKE A VERY LONG STORY SHORT, WE DO HAVE TO RE-ROOF OUR HOUSE, AND WE FELT IF THIS COMPANY WOULD HAVE TAKEN THE TIME TO DO THE JOB WE HAD OVER-PAID THEM TO DO ANYHOW, THEY COULD HAVE PREVENTED THIS.

SUPER FAST, DID A A GREAT JOB, CLEANED UP OLD SHINGLE MESS, AND WERE REASONABLY PRICED. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK, WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN. SECOND TIME IN 11 YEARS. CLEANED OFF THE FLAT ROOF VERY WELL, BEFORE THEY LAID NEW ROLL ROOFING AND TARRED THE SEAMS, TO MAKE IT EVEN MORE WATER PROOF. ALSO, WENT ALL AROUND THE EDGES.
