His name is John Harvey. He was very prompt and I was surprised by his promptness. When he came out for the estimate, he was right on the dot and when he came out to do the job, he was right on the dot. The job was well done. He was very approachable. He didn't make me feel stupid, being a woman and not knowing a whole lot about carpentry. He was answered all my questions. He did a great job. I had other estimates and it was more than what I was expecting but they were all in the ballpark. Everybody had about the same prices and more than what I was expecting.
