RICHARD DID A GREAT JOB. HE SHOWED UP RIGHT ON TIME AND GOT BUSY. HE TOOK OUT THE TOILET AND PUT IN THE NEW ONE, IT WAS A TWO HOUR JOB. HE WAS GREAT, VERY FRIENDLY.
