 + -1 morePRO IMAGE WAS GREAT. I EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT MY SON, NOT BEING A STANDOUT ATHLETE HAD NEVER HAD A BIG TROPHY FOR BEING THE BEST AT ANYTHING. HE WOULD HAVE BEEN SO UPSET TO HAVE HAD IT BROKEN. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND.
Description of Work: I HAD BEEN WORKING IN MY SONS ROOM WHEN I KNOCKED OVER HIS FOOTBALL TROPHY. IT BROKE THE ARM AND I COULDN'T GLUE IT WITHOUT HIM NOTICING. I BROUGHT IT TO PRO IMAGE TO SEE IF THEY MIGHT HAVE A TROPHY SIMILAR TO IT. THEY HAD SMALLER ONES AND BEINGS THAT IT WAS NOW A DIFFERENT SEASON FOR SPORTS, HAD NONE IN STOCK. THEY LOOKED UP WHAT I HAD, ORDERED ME A NEW ONE AND PLACED THE NAME PLATE ON IT FOR ME. 2 DAYS AND MY SON DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS EVEN GONE.
