Sent in wool men’s shirt to have it reweaved in a small area. The shirt had not required any cleaning. Originally quoted 60.00 from Kelso cleaners before the shirt was sent over to this company to do the work. When I went to pick up the shirt I was charged 80.00 . I asked what they had done to add 20.00 to the price. They suggested that my proprietor had lied about the price. The man began to get loud and angry. He was greedy, entitled, belligerent and opportunistic. I asked the man, “Is this how you treat other elderly ladies?”. Shame on him. I paid the 80.00 in order to get my shirt back and will never go back to use their services again.
