When Nelson entered my house and looked at what needed to be done, they assured me they could do everything, even suggesting some other lighting that could be done. A)first they had the wrong thermostat for the baseboard heating...now there was a whole in my wall 4"x6", which I had to pay to be repaired). B)Then two new thermostat's were put in, wrong product, had to return with the correct thermostat about a month later. C)I was clear about were I wanted a closet light installed...they put it in the wrong place and I had another 4"x6" hole in the wall which I paid to fix. There was a lot of complaining about having to go into the attic in order to install a kitchen light (their suggestion)...I came up with the idea of placing boards up there to get to the destination (I provided the boards).

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH NELSON'S ELECTRICAL SERVICE WAS GREAT. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND THEY DID IT WELL. NOW MY WHOLE HOUSE IS WIRED AND IN GREAT SHAPE.
