Ann one of the owners was wonderful. She ordered to make sure we could match the granite to our island that we didn't have to replace. Everything was perfect and she did a great job measuring.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. RIGHT FROM THE START WE COULD TELL THAT THE SALESPERSON WAS THERE TO WORK FOR US. THEY WERE HELPFUL, YET NOT PUSHY AS WE WALKED THROUGH THE SHOWROOM TAKING ALL THE STYLES AND FEATURES. THEY WERE ABLE TO ANSWER ALL OUR QUESTIONS RIGHT THERE ON THE SPOT. THEIR EXPERIENCE IN THE BUSINESS SHOWED WHEN THEY ASKED QUESTIONS REGARDING OUR EXISTING KITCHEN, OUR LAYOUT AND DESIGN IDEAS. THEY WERE CAREFUL TO MATCH THE LOOK OF THE REST OF THE HOME. THEY ALSO SUGGESTED SOME FEATURES THAT FIT OUR FAMILY'S LIFESTYLE. (I LOVE TO BE ORGANIZED AND THEY SUGGESTED RACKS AND PULLOUT SHELVING). THEY WERE ABLE TO HELP US AVOID SOME PITFALLS OF A KITCHEN REMODEL. (TIMING OF INSTALLATION OF FLOORING, PLUMBING, AND WIRING).

THE SALES STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND EXPERIENCED ABOUT THE VARIOUS TYPES AND STYLES OF CARPET. THEY OFFERED SUGGESTIONS SINCE I HAVE SMALL CHILDREN ON WHAT WOULD WEAR BETTER OVER A LONGER TIME PERIOD.
