Set up appointment for with Denise who answered the business phone for contractor to come to house to make bid. Denise later left voicemails indicating that she had not taken down our address properly, then called back to said she had it straightened out. Waited for contractor for a half hour outside the appointed time window. Contractor did not show. Called business to find out what happened and got no answer. Denise called back shortly after this to say that she had put the appointment on the wrong day, then was very defensive when I said I did not want to reschedule, saying that she never makes mistakes like this. She basically blamed my not scheduling the appointment over the weekend as the reason that she mistakenly put the item on their calendar for Tuesday rather than Monday.
