FELTON'S HEATING & COOLING

I was selling my home and per the home inspection required a cracked blower to be replaced and a circuit board to be inspected.  Service was prompt and competitively priced.   Technician went above and beyond and cleaned the furnace while he had it open.

Very responsive company.  The were clean, on time, without their quote, and showed up and finished when they said the would.  About the best I could ask fir a contractor.

I have using their service for five years. They are an excellent company.

They were outstanding. They explained what the problem was and fixed it. They cleaned up everything and went over and above.

They arrived when scheduled and did a standard maintenance check. They have tripled their charges from just a few years ago.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH FELTON'S HEATING AND COOLING WAS EXCELLENT. THEY GOT ME IN THAT DAY I CALLED AND FIXED THE PROBLEM EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A HOLIDAY.

FIVE DAYS BEFORE THANKSGIVING I CALLED SEVERAL HEATING COMPANIES, BEGGING FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT TO REPAIR MY GAS FIREPLACE BEFORE THANKSGIVING. FELTON'S WAS THE ONLY CO. WILLING TO TRY AND FIT ME IN. THE REPAIRMAN WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS. UPON A CLOSE INSPECTION, HE DETERMINED THAT THE GAS JETS WERE SIMPLY CLOGGED WITH DUST ACCUMULATED OVER A PERIOD OF TIME. HE VACUUMED THEM, BLEW OUT ANY REMAINING DUST, TESTED IT AND IT WORKED GREAT, HE SHOWED ME HOW TO LIGHT IT AND SUGGESTED THAT I PURCHASE A CARBON-MONOXIDE DETECTOR AND PLACE IT WITHIN THE AREA OF THE FIREPLACE JUST AS A PRECAUTION. THE SERVICE WAS QUICK, HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE AND MY WHOLE FAMILY ENJOYED OUR FIRST THANKSGIVING IN OUR NEW HOME EATING IN FRONT OF MY WORKING FIREPLACE.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY DID, BUT, THEY ENDED UP CHARGING MORE THAN THEY HAD QUOTED US AND WE DIDN'T FEEL THAT THAT WAS RIGHT. WHEN WE ASKED THEM ABOUT THAT THEY SAID THE WORK WAS A LITTLE MORE THAN THEY HAD ANTICIPATED. THE PRICE WAS STILL LOWER THAN WHAT OTHERS HAD QUOTED.
