Called them early Sunday before work, they have a 24 hour line. Showed up at 8am Monday. Took less them two hours to fix. Very happy cause we have a heat wave hitting this week. Need my heat pump for its cooling function.

Wonderful, these people were clean, professional, prompt when they came to do the work. They were always there when they said they would be, respected our home and us. They were respectful and aware of our animals. We were shown pictures of what the installation would look like when done and it did. The crew removed all of the old equipment, concrete pad, moved heat pump front of house, moved thermostat to downstairs where it should have been all along. We couldn't be more happy with Entek, they were GREAT! Thank you Chris, Mike, Michael, Derek and I know there were others but I can't think of their names right now.

They were half the price of their competitors. The service went so well, I actually signed up for their bi-annual service contract. The technician was very nice and quite thorough.
