As General Contractor, Jerry Jackson did a fantastic job and his crew was great, too. The thing about Jerry, he is such a nice guy as well as a good contractor, once you meet him, you won't want anyone else. This was the deciding factor in hiring him. Jerry kept in contact, returned phone calls, honored his pricing to the number and was easy to work with. This was close to a year long project and involved moving my parents from their multi level stick built home of 34 years to a new single level manufactured home for retirement. And all done from long distance as I don't live in the same city. It even got to the point where if I wasn't available to meet Jerry on site or wasn't able to return his call promptly, we trusted his judgment to make last minute decisions on his own as needed. Also, I have worked with contractors for the past ten years as part of my employment and I have never had a more enjoyable and trusting relationship with a GC.

I WORKED OUT MY DESIGN WITH THE CONTRACTOR. THE CREW SHOWED UP ON THE SCHEDULED DAY AND WENT TO WORK. THE DECK INCLUDED A SET OF STAIRS ON EACH END AND RAILING ALL THE WAY AROUND. IT TOOK ABOUT A WEEK TO COMPLETE.
