To get an A grade from them, they would have to gotten rid of their old fashioned used car salesman type which is totally different from the Ford deal I’ve used in Utah where I used to live. I like the price. I really like the car. They are good. They had picked me up and dropped me.

I wasn’t really happy with them. They changed the oil but very inconvenient to get an oil change from them because it goes to their regular shop and you have to make an appointment to get an oil change and so I don’t like that that’s why I don’t go to them. I go for my warranty work for my car but that’s it. They did put up a sticker but they didn’t reset the oil light and I would think a Ford dealer would know to do that. I think it was a good price for the oil change.

Service seemed to go ok. Service writers changed in the past year. I miss the old timers. But probably my biggest frustration is that it takes me several phone calls before I can ever make an appointment. They do not seem to answer their service calls. It goes to voice mail, asking for a phone number to call the customer back. But they never call me back on my phone. I have called all hours of the business week (morning, mid day, afternoon). This happened the last few times I have tried to schedule regular maintenance. They are the only Ford dealer in 40 miles. I am tempted to go to Vancouver/Portland, if it was not so far.

I have a jeep, and they do such good work that I take it to a Ford dealership. They have been really nice. They not only help you with the maintenance, but they even wash your car at the end.

They were willing to talk over the phone. I would compare prices and call them and see what they could do. They had the best price every time. The salesmen didn't make me feel trapped. I have been very happy with the care, had nothing wrong with this car and that is a miracle. I got the reverse of the lemon law!

WE LIKE THEM. THEY OFFER TO RUN YOU TO YOUR JOB OR HOME WHEN YOU DROP A VEHICLE OFF AND THEY OFFER TO PICK YOU UP FROM WORK OR HOME WHEN YOUR VEHICLE IS DONE. THEY WORK IS DONE ON TIME. THE ONLY THING WE DONT LIKE IS THEIR SHOP PRICE. IT SEEMS A LITTLE HIGH.

ALTHOUGH THE COMPANY CALLED US TO AUTHORIZE PERFORMING THE WORK THAT WAS DETERMINED TO BE NECESSARY, PRIOR TO DOING IT, THEY CAUSED OTHER PROBLEMS TO OCCUR WITH THE VEHICLE. THESE NEW PROBLEMS THEN ADDED TO THE OVERALL WORK THAT WAS PERFORMED AND ESCALATED THE AMOUNT OF THE REPAIR BEYOND WHAT WAS ORIGINALLY NEEDED. WITHIN A WEEK, THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AGAIN, SO WE GOT RID OF THE VEHICLE.
