COLE'S APPLIANCE PARTS & REPAIR

Terrible! I was charged almost 600.00 to “repair” my ice machine . This included an initial 110.00 diagnostic fee which he spend all of 5 mins to look under the fridge with a flashlight .Tim the owner has been to my house 3 times and It still isn’t working and he doesn’t know why. He does not guarantee work or back his service . Worst decision to use Coles appliance ever and biggest waste of $600.00. Lesson learned . ?

The Repairman showed up within the time frame stated. He was courteous, correct, and helpful. From what we had gathered, while watching you tube videos, the repair seemed too challenging for our inexperienced selves. We had a general idea of the nature of our problem, and I had shared that with the office at Coles  prior to the appointment. Again, the repairman helped us collect the errant lint that had accumulated over the seven years we owned the machine. He did not seem bothered that we wanted to vacuum the innards of the dryer before he closed her back up. He even helped- graciously. At the end of the visit he also gave a tip on cleaning the extra long dryer vent hose. It was clogged big time, and honestly his advice probably saved us from having a house fire-from the dryer lint. We quickly made our way to the local chain store where we (bought the dryer,) and bought a cleaning kit especially made for loosing lint and managed to free a bad clog. We are very thankful to Cole?s Appliance and repairman Clarence. Over all, it was a success and now back to the laundry.

It has been very good. The fellow seemed to know what he was doing and was very professional. He took care of the problem at a reasonable price. He was very nice.

It went very well. Prompt and professional.

I thought they did a very good job and would use them again in the future. I also thought their price was reasonable.

The problem is there are not many Appliance Repair people in this city and your sort of stuck with who ever charges what! SAD but true a Business hae to make money but it's hard times for many of the consumers besides the business people.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY QUICK AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CAME OUT AND ASSESSED AND FIXED MY APPLIANCE FOR A VERY REASONABLE AMOUNT. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYTIME.

COLE'S APPLIANCE WAS VERY QUICK TO COME OUT TO OUR HOME. THEY HAD TO ORDER THE PARTS NEEDED, BUT WERE BACK WITHIN A FEW DAYS TO FIX OUR WASHING MACHINE. I THOUGHT THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND NOW I HAVE MY WASHING MACHINE BACK TO GOOD USE!

MY DRYER STOPPED WORKING AND SO I THOUGHT THAT I WOULD HAVE A COMPANY LOOK AT IT SINCE IT WASN'T VERY OLD. THIS COMPANY WAS PROMPT AND REASONABLY PRICED AND WAS ABLE TO GET IT GOING AGAIN.

I WAS HAPPY WITH COLES. THEY WERE NICE AND FIXED THE DOOR GOOD. IT DIDN'T TAKE VERY LONG AND ENDED UP BEING A SIMPLE PROBLEM TO DEAL WITH. I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. EVERYTHING WENT ABOUT AS EXPECTED. THE MAN WAS VERY POLITE AND HE LOOKED AND ACTED VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WILL PROBABLY CALL THEM AGAIN, IF I NEED TO.

MY EXPERIENCE OVERALL WAS GOOD. HE CALLED ME BACK THE SAME DAY. HE MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A FEW DAYS LATER. HE WAS ON TIME AND WORKED QUICKLY. I WILL CALL COLES AGAIN IF I NEED TO.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB, WAS VERY HONEST AND FRIENDLY AND DEPENDABLE, WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE AND THE SERVICE THAT THEY PROVIDED FOR US.

I REALLY LIKED THE GUY WHO CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE TO FIX MY REFRIGERATOR DOOR. HE WAS VERY NICE AND DIDN'T MAKE ME FEEL NERVOUS. HE WAS REAL QUICK AND DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS BEHIND.

THEY PUT ON A NEW ROTOR IS WHAT I THINK IT SAYS ON THE RECEIPT TO MAKE IT RUN PROPERLY AGAIN. I'M NOT SURE, BUT I KNOW THAT NOW IT WORKS JUST LIKE NEW AGAIN, WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. FIXING THE PROBLEMS RIGHT AWAY AND NOT MAKING US GO BUT A DAY OR TWO W/O A REFRIDGERATOR. THE SERVICE GENTLEMEN, TIM, WAS VERY NICE. SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING.

THEY DID A ALRIGHT JOB, THE GUY THAT CAME OUT TO SERVICE THE DRYER WAS NOT ALL THERE WE THOUGHT, HE WAS KINDA WEIRD, BUT HE KNEW WHAT THE HECK HE WAS DOING - LUCKILY.

THEY CAME OUT TO SEE IF OUR REFRIGERATOR COULD EVEN BE REPAIRED AND IT TURNED OUT TO ONLY BE A BLOWER FAN, THEY WERE VERY NICE AND EVEN BETTER, ON TIME AND AFFORDABLE.

A VERY NICE COMPANY, FRIENDLY AND EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE QUICK TO DETERMINE AND FIX THE PROBLEM AT HAND AND GET IT UP AND RUNNING IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME.

HE REPLACED A PART THAT WASN'T THE PROBLEM. HE TRIED VERY HARD TO FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM. WE ENDED UP PURCHASING ANOTHER FRIDGE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY BUT FELT THAT WE WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH COLE'S APPLIANCE REPAIR WAS GREAT. THEY CALLED ME WHEN MY WASHING MACHINE WAS READY AND HELPED ME LOAD IT INTO MY TRUCK. VERY HELPFUL.

I WAS VERY CONCERNED THAT MY FLOOR WOULD BE DAMAGED SO I CALLED THEM TO COME OUT RIGHT AWAY TO FIX THE LEAK. THEY HAD THE PART ON THE TRUCK AND WAS ABLE TO FIX IT IN NO TIME.
