WE HAVE HAD HIM COME OUT SEVERAL TIMES. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH HIS SERVICE AND PRICES. WE WILL CONTINUE TO USE HIM WEEKLY. HE DOESN'T CHARGE IF THERE IS NOTHING TO DO.
