We moved into a 1958 mid-century modern ranch with a 1,650 sq ft shop that came with an enormous garage door dividing it between the original shop and the part that was added on to make it 71 feet long! I wanted it gone from the time we moved in, yet I assumed it would cost millions of dollars and thousands of lives. Seriously, the thing was huge - 24 x 12 - and they had it removed in five hours. And by removed, I mean everything was hauled away and the floor swept to the point where you would never know the monster had been there if I didn't say something. Sure, their communication is less than stellar, but I racked this up to them being busy based on their reputation. As a small business person myself, I get it, we all have room for improvement. In the end, they saved me what I thought would be thousands of dollars and I will always be grateful for their help. We need a new roof and gutters on our Forever Home and I'll be calling Dale this Spring to start setting the gutter install up. I look forward to seeing them again and expect another quality experience.
