There was a wind and I had some tree boughs fall on the roof. They trimmed the tree and I'm scheduling more work with them to remove the tree as it is now a hazard. They came out next day, so grateful for the quick and professional response

The men that trimmed the trees did a great job. The man that gave the quote was rather rude and abrupt.
Wouldn't us them again.

The trees look good, they did a great job. They fertilized all the landscape and it looks very healthy. He did come out to fix the sprinklers one time and charged me $800. I felt that was a little high. I texted him to let him know one of the sprinklers wasn't working correctly, I am hoping I do not get charged an additional fee.

The owner of the company showed up with a trainee. They exposed all the valves which required scooping out quite a bit of mud from each valve box, which was the result of moles digging. Rather than leave that mud piled in my bark dusted landscape, they removed it to a container that they took with them. Each zone was tested, sprinklers reset in the ground where they had moved or leaned during the winter, replaced broken nozzles, adjusted nozzles and showed me how to do so myself as I make changes to my landscape. Recommendations were made regarding watering times for each zone. They set my controller according to my agreement on the suggested watering times. They also made water-saving suggestions that involve drip systems that I may consider for future. Bother were friendly, and very willing to share their knowledge. No hard sell on suggested improvements, just sharing knowledge. It was a pleasant experience, I understand much more about my system, and I would hire them again.
