EXCELLANT! Highly professional, very reasonably priced, great communication, and nice people. They showed up on time, did a great job and charged us less than HALF the estimate price. We had a terrible experience with a different repair company, and we were very nervous about going through the whole thing again. Aquafix was WONDERFUL. From the dispatcher to the repairman, our entire experience with them was a breath of fresh air. Great company!

I HIRED COMPANY TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY HOT TUB. THEY WERE PROMPT AND WAS ABLE TO ORDER THE PART AND FIX IT IN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME.

OUR SPA BEGAN HAVING PROBLEMS AND WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY ONGOING FOR A FEW YEARS. WE FEEL THAT THEIR BUSINESS HAS GROWN AND THAT THEY ARE FALLING BEHIND, BUT EXPECT THAT WILL CHANGE WITH TIME.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE HAD TO USE THIS COMPANY. (TWO DIFFERENT ISSUES) HE WAS VERY PROMPT, DID WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO. GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND THE BILL WAS WHAT THE ESTIMATE STATED. VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRIENDLY.
