ADVANCED HOME INSPECTIONS

Where do I begin? I'm a first-time home buyer who has been thrown into the deep end of the pool as I go through the process of buying a house. I have a wonderful real estate agent who recommended Jay's company (Advanced Home Inspections) to do the inspection. To quote my real estate agent: "He's the best, and very thorough." Jay is a very personable man, easy to talk to, great sense of humor. He and his teammate were indeed very thorough and found things that I wouldn't have thought of. They inspected the house from the roof shingles and vents all the way down to the crawl space under the house. At the end of the inspection, they had a report ready to go over with me. I was absolutely amazed. No waiting. The inspection report included color pictures with arrows pointing to the subject of the sentence. I appreciated the text and visuals describing the problem. Jay went over everything that was good about the house and most importantly, items that are safety or construction concerns and what needs to be done to fix them. I was very impressed, and highly recommend Advanced Home Inspections.

It went wonderfully! The owner showed up early and were already started when we pulled in the driveway. He also brought another person with him, ensuring we would make our set timeline to access the home. They were very professional and had a great sense of humor joking and talking with us as they worked. I was AMAZED that immediately after they finished the inspection, we reviewed the inspection in the home's kitchen. My previous home inspection (diff company) took weeks! We were able to talk about the issues and they were able to show us when we needed more clarification. We felt informed and prepared to move forward with our home purchase. These guys were great! I HIGHLY recommend.
