Liberty Lake is a beacon of beauty to residents across the Idaho border. Here in this wondrous town we are able to enjoy all of the luxuries of the Spokane Valley, and we all feel a sense of community in our tight-knit neighborhoods. Unfortunately, pests in this area seem to share the same sense of camaraderie, and tend to band together when infesting the walls of your home. I did not find them on Angie's List, at first. When I moved into my home they were showing up at my neighbor's house so I asked them to come to my house to do my yard one time. Then later on I found them on Angie's List offering a special. What I did not like about them is that by signing a receipt for the work done I was committed to a contract for a year. I did not like that. When I saw it on Angie's List they don't mention if it on Angie's List either. I tried to get out of the contract and they were saying no, I signed the contract. I told them I did not know it was a contract; I thought it was just a receipt. The guy came over, did the work and apparently, doped into that receipt, is a contract. I could have bought my way out of it if I had paid for one additional service. Each treatment is about $98 with tax. I am really soured on their business. I have no issue with the guy who comes out and does it. He is not the problem. The problem is how the company does business like that.
