General Remodeling
Marvin Louthian was unprofessional and not completely to code. He did things that left us with problems. He told us that he was insured and licensed, but we found out he wasn't. He used non-galvanized nails on the siding and now they're rusting. The sidewalk doesn't line up with the door. He left big gaps in the siding and didn't follow the manufacture's instructions. He didn't follow the directions for the trim around the windows. We did give him an opportunity to fix the problems and do the right thing, but he wouldn't return our phone calls month after month; so we had to finally give up.
