Could not have gone better where John L. Scott was concerned. Marilyn was smart, marketed our home well, and sold our home within 60 days in spite of some challenges we were facing with the configuration of the rooms, which was something we couldn't change. She stayed on top of everything and was very attentive to my numerous questions. She took us to see a large number of houses whenever we wanted, and helped us through a very trying situation at the end of our new home transaction that was outside of her control. She made herself readily available and responded to texts, calls, and emails at all hours of the day. Our first night in our new home, she brought us Papa Murphys, Drinks, Cookies - enough to share with our movers!!! THEN.....when we were still dealing with some of the issues with the seller's real estate company, Marilyn's broker Carrie called to help me through the challenges we were facing with the other company. She was so kind and spent so much time with me, even though this was not their fault. In fact, she even sent us a gift certificate for dinner out, just to show us how valuable we were to them as clients and because she wanted to help make me happy in any way they could - again....even though this wasn't their fault. Class act at this brokerage, all the way around. Just can't say enough how much we appreciated Marilyn's skill, attentiveness, and friendship along the way.
