Description of Work: New laminated floor installed by contractor through Home Depot. Floor installed timely. Efficiently, and at a great price.

I purchased a linoleum flooring for my kitchen in store. It was supposed to be seamless. The installer said it was not. After my floor was already prep'd & ready to instal. The store manager said he would discount the job by 400.00 to compensate. I agreed. Also the installer said I did not need a subfloor which was in the estimate of charges for $333.00. This should have generated a credit of $733.00. What they did was charge me $2.00 soft for skim coating @196 sq ft to compensate for the $400.00.
