Our dryer had gotten to where it took an hour and a half to dry a load of clothes so we had Dryer Ducks come out and clean the unit. They were easy to book, professional, and did a very thorough job. The company sends you a confirmation email that lets you know about the technician, including a picture, so that you know who to expect coming to your home. The technician was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and considerate to wear booties over his shoes to keep the floors clean. It was interesting to see the video footage of the duct before/after - looked like a fire hazard. He not only cleaned the duct but also thoroughly vacuumed out the back of the dryer and under the lint trap, I was amazed at how much lint was in there. The fact that he pulled the dryer out and cleaned under it was an appreciated bonus. This service will more than pay for itself in saved energy costs, much less remove the fire hazard!  I would definitely recommend this service.

The services Dryer Ducks provided was impressive because not only did they live up to there slogan of (Safe, Clean, & Efficient) They educated me during the process of the work and the workers were very friendly. During the video process they showed me the before and after of my duct work. When they tested my air flow for the first time it was reading 5. when it was all said and done my air flow was a 12. After all this they left my laundry room dryer section cleaner then it was before. I would highly recommend Dryer Ducks to any one in the future!

My wife hated our dryer and wanted to get a new one because she had to run every dryer loan at least 2-3 times.  Instead of spending $750 on a replacement stackable dryer, I decided to try getting our ducts cleaned.  I wish I would have done it months ago.  The guys showed up on time, they were clean cut, and my wife felt safe.  They even cleaned behind the dryer.  I can't believe how much junk was in our ductwork.  We only have to run our dryer once now for a dry load!
