It’s a Game. Brandon is a good salesman, only problem is he DOES NOT follow through. Nor does the company show any interest in Customer Service. In calling the Spokane office the phone would ring and ring. After calling for three weeks to see if and when Dabellia would start, no one answered the phone. After calling them twice in one day, we called the 1-800 number to Dabellia Main Office only to be transferred back to Spokane. This time they answered the phone. Well, the receptionist couldn’t give us any information, since she couldn’t find our information in the computer, but she would have the project manager call us right back. No callback. After signing the contract, Brandon said it three-weeks they would call to schedule for a crew come out to install the new roof. Put in serval calls to Brandon to see what was going on. Either he was in an area where he couldn’t get reception for his phone or he was out of town. The best one was my phone didn’t recognize you as a customer. Once Brandon stated he called and the phone rang 20-30 times-the answering machine picks up after the fourth ring. Six-weeks later we called Dabellia after 15-min we only to be told that there was a delay in getting the shingles in, so it would be a little extra time to get the material in from Portland. Out of the blue on week 8 a crew showed up to strip the roof, they backed a refuse trailer up against the garage, not allowing us access to the garage and left one person to strip the roof. Brandon said “before any Dabellia contractor leaves the work site at the end of the day, everything is picked up.” At the day, the contractor said he was leaving. Asked about cleaning up the yard of shingles and other garbage, “Oh we’ll be back in the morning to clean everything up and get the trash trailer out of here.” When asked at what time, there was no response, except tomorrow. They never showed back up, all weekend the trailer sat in the driveway and we cleaned up the debris. Called Dabellia again via the main office and the project manager stated that she had no idea what was going on. After a week of a bare roof, the material arrived. When asked ho long did this take to get in from Portland. The driver looked at me and said, the material been sitting in their yard all the project manager or contractor should have asked for it to be delivered weeks ago. Each time we reached out to Brandon and Dabellia there was no response. As Brandon told me recently this is how the Roofing Game is played. When the contractor finally showed up to put the roof down, one person was sent. Again, at the end of the day, “I’ll be back in the morning to clean-up. “When asked about a time there was no response. Guess there’s no such thing as a time commitment with Dabellia. The contractor nor Dabellia came back to clean up the debris, so it was up to us to clean up after Dabellia. Famous last words “We will clean up our trash, we will sweep your yard with a magnet.” NOT ONCE did Dabellia do that. Each time we called Brandon and Dabellia there was no response. For five-weeks shingles and other trash was piled in your yard, in hopes that Dabellia would be out to clean-up. Once the roof was completed an inspector would be out to inspect the roof-no show. A week after the Roof was completed, new gutters were to have been installed. Three weeks later the new gutters went up and again the installer did not clean up his mess. Each time this is brought up to Brandon and Matt the General Manager, we got told “well this is the first of me hearing of this.” No wonder they don’t answer the phones-another customer is left waiting for Dabellia to show up. Matt did tell me that he has five project managers working on projects. Gee assigned a task to one project manager and let them work on it then you wouldn’t have a goat-rope operation. Brandon called me yesterday and state, “This is how the Roofing Game is played.” It you want a roof done go to Ziggy’s or McVay Brothers, they don’t play games on customers.

No work done yet. Inspection done, paperwork done. Salesman does a pretty good job, a little bit on the hard sell. The number of hoops and signatures and trips out for more paperwork are a little much. Have fingers crossed that the roofing crew get us done soon, and that there are no snags. updated 4/6/2021 Deposit made October 19, 2020. As of April 6, 2021 we still do not have a roof. Materials arrived six weeks ago, and have been SITTING NEXT TO THE STREET in the weather waiting for work crews. No customer service from the company, only lip service. Have said it'd be "two weeks" since the middle of December. To say we are disappointed with the company would be an understatement.

kobin gave us a complete and through presentation how a roofing project would take place. they sent us the best crew to do the job everything went perfect.

The neighbor across the street had their roof done last fall and we kept saying how nice it looked as we really needed to get our roof replaced. Kyle from Dabella comes to the house for a quote and points out that they did the roof across the street last fall! Funny that we happened to call the same company. Kyle was great explaining the company and products to us and the 50 year warranty really did it for me. During the financing process he kept in touch with updates and we met again a few days later once the bank got back to him. He made the process very smooth and did a great job selling it to us!

From sales team to the home office to the install contractor, all were exceptional. We felt taken care of, given great information and felt we were treated with much consideration into our life circumstances. Shout out to Kris and Chris, sales rep. and install cont., thank you for all you did for us. We're in love with our windows, they've gone beyond our expectations. Buyer Tip: remember to apply for a window rebate through your energy service company, we will be gettinf back thousands.

We paid the downpayment in early September and the roof work was supposed to start 10/3. They still do not have us on the schedule and have not been keeping up communications on a start date. I have another contractor waiting to install trim lights whom cannot start until the roof work is done. Dabella cannot give me a start date yet so I can coordinate with my other contractor. Winter is coming quickly.

Eric Burget was a pleasure to have in my home. When I am ready to move forward with my roof I will definitely call him. They offer with a no one else does. I will definitely call him in the spring.

Kobin arrived at our house at the agreed upon time, inspected the roof and rain gutters, went over all the details, showed us the options and was able provide us with an acceptable quote in a very reasonable amount of time. It was my wife's birthday and we were on a time frame to go out. Kobin respected that without an issue. We didn't know it at the time but DaBella is the company that installed my brother in-law's roof as well. I love his roof and he has nothing but the highest praise for the quality and timeliness as well. Our install hasn't started yet so I will return to add photos when it is complete.

They were unable to do the job due to our roof. But Mark and Bryan were very professional, polite, punctual, and helpful. If I need anything different I will definitely call them to see what they can do. Great guys!

have not had them out yet but the salesmen Leroy was great explaining the product and gave several options very good salesmen very knowledgeable about the job not just the salesman who only sales very trustworthy i have a good feeling the crew doing the job will be great too talking with the boss and salesmen sounds like a great dependable company who does professional honest work

Kaylee was very sweet and informative and answered all of our questions. I’d invite her back anytime. Very excited about getting new windows. It’s going to be a nice addiction to our home. Money well worth spent for good quality windows.

Dabella is a great company to work with. Especially the one out of Kennewick WA. (I was not able to access that profile). The Sales Reps are respectful and are very efficient when explaining the products and costs. We enjoyed working with Brian Mounce and Blain Hoburg. They are AMAZING and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for hardworking and honest service.

I’ve literally never seen such an unprofessional company. When our roof was supposed to be done by the end of June. We didn’t hear anything for over a month because we tried to contact them three different times. It’s now the end of July, we were promised it would be done. Yet, no one will come do it since it’s “busy season”. If it’s busy season, don’t make promises you can’t keep. Would absolutely never use again. Incredibly unprofessional business. They keep saying we can’t get out of our contract. I’m sure a judge would disagree.

I requested an appointment on line Sunday afternoon. I was called first thing Monday morning to schedule the appointment, which I thought was great. Bryan came to our house, was punctual, which is very important to me. He was very professional, and thorough, explaining what he was looking at then describing the multitude of issues we have with our roof. He took the time to explain how they were going to address the issues completely and made sure I understood what it would entail to replace the roof. He worked hard to help us find a more affordable solution. Bryan was not pushy or aggressive, which for me, is an immediate NO. We have yet to have the work done. When we do, we will add comments to this review and let you know how it went.

David is really cool, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He has a great sence of humor and gets along with our dogs. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful through the whole process.

Erich was and has been amazing. He came out right away for our first quote and I'm happy to say we scheduled another visit to get more work done.

Kyle came out to give a quote for a new roof. My roof is in bad shape and needs to be redone within the next few months. The guys were professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I appreciated the explanation and overview of their process and how they build roofs. Their process seems to be very high quality and above standard. They were not pushy at all and were willing to give me an honest quote with financing options. Although the price is expensive, I think it's well worth the investment if you can afford it. I look forward to working with them in the future!

I requested Ryan Irving for a roof estimate as I had hear wonderful things from a friend having her siding done here in town. Ryan called and politely informed me that he was unable to make it on this certain day for the appointment but a wonderful gentleman named David would be coming in his place. Both David and Ryan were spectacular, punctual and intelligent. Unfortunately we were not able to work something out today, but I will be using Dabella for any future home renovation projects. Excellent company with phenomenal staff. Even the person on the phone from Portland was incredibly polite!

Kyle came by from DaBella and provided a thorough overview of the work needed to get our roof replaced and up to current permit requirements. He was very informative and friendly! Highly recommend using him and DaBella for any roofing needs you have.

This is the first review of our experience with DaBella, with followup reviews coming as work progresses. After recent winds and soaking rains, our roof developed a leak above our dining room. DaBella was the first company to respond to requests for estimates. We set an appointment for the next day. The representatives, Bryan and David, arrived right on time. As expected, they were very polite, courteous and attentive. As the inspection and estimate process progressed we were impressed with the plain English explanations that were being given by both of them. Also of note; the statistics and facts which were being described were fact checked by our intrepid adult son. All of the information was just as was being presented. No exaggerations or misleading statements. This was unexpected. A trustworthy sales presentation isn't a common occurrence. We were given several options as to shingle choices, materials and the pros and cons of the choices, as well as detailed explanations of how the entire project would progress. After all was said and done, with both of them visiting other prospective clients to allow my wife and I to discuss the proposal without any pressure, we agreed that this was a good fit for us. They were not on the low end of price, but were tops for trustworthiness and value. The materials presented certainly appear to be of the highest quality. The warranty is better than we expected. We are as certain as we can possibly be that we've made the right choice. Time will tell, as the work has yet to be scheduled. More to come. By the way... I am in no way connected to these individuals or in this company. My hope is to offer unbiased reviews to anyone who takes the time to read them. This project will be among the most important one for us in many years, not to mention expensive. It has the possibility to become a nightmare if it isn't completed properly.

Bryan and Ryan came out to give us a quote for replacing our roof. They were great. Professional but real people. The information was thorough and they were patient with all our questions. Financing was simple and allowed us to get a much needed roof. It was obviously a sales pitch but logical and not high pressure. Work should begin in about a month and hopefully it will continue to be a smooth quality process.

I had my home looked at and an estimate done for roofing and gutters. Even in the rain, they were thorough with the measurements and inspection of the outside of my home. After that was done we sat down and went over how the whole process works and the product provided. Austin Hutcherson worked very hard at giving me an option that worked well with my finances. I am excited to see the end product in a few weeks.
