DaBella is 100% a sales and marketing firm....they do NOT perform any work. They come out and try to literally get their foot in the door and do the hard sell. Their quote was 3 times the amount I ended up paying for EXACTLY the same roof with the exact same warranty. So if you believe that paying more gets you a better roof then these people are for you.

I had Telman Melkonyan come and do an assessment of our place to establish some options for re-siding/re-skirting our house. He was very kind and courteous and really went out of his way to give me as many options and as much information as possible. Highly recommend DaBella, outstanding service. -Kenny Morden

Roofer did not do the work as described and when I brought it up to Debella, the roofer threatened me. Now my roof is curling and no one will do anything about it. $28,000 down the drain.

This company is a scam. As soon as the job started all communication stopped. It rained the same week my roof was finished. It leaked, I immediately reported it, 2 months later no one has come to check or look at anything. I’ve left numerous messages no one will call back. It’s now month 3 and I still can’t get anyone to respond. Do not use this company! It’s a complete scam!

We were sold windows under pressure and were told the would be installed in August There was no communication from the. And every time we called the call was either not answered or someone who was completely incompetent answered. Our windows did not arrive until November. One was measured incorrectly and did not fit. It had to remade and was finally delivered and installed in January. I spoke to the company manager in Spokane and he was rude and inconsiderate. We were told that we would receive a discount due to all the inconveniences and delayed work. We did not receive any discount. I would NEVER do business with this company again.

Terrible, the guys came out to do an estimate and were very on the script, the estimate for a roof was $30,000. We have an average 2 bedroom tract house. The tip off was a $4,000 estimate for rain gutters. I went to my neighbors next door who have the same size house and had their roof done a month ago and it was $12,000. The salesmen were very pushy trying to get a commitment and a contract signed and was very uncomfortable. Get a second estimate before doing business with them.

NEGATIVE REVIEW FOR DABELLA We bought a house September 2021 and Dabella convinced me to replace our windows, roof and gutters shortly after. They told me these will be installed before winter which is one of the reasons why I agreed. Windows got installed January 2022 and unfortunately, I wasn’t home when they finished because I needed to get my daughter from school. I checked their work the next day and noticed multiple issues like cracked frame and unusable window stopper due to bad installation. I let them know about these issues but they keep harassing me to sign the paperwork that says “I received satisfactory delivery of equipment, goods and services and satisfactory completion of installation”. They keep calling me multiple times to sign even if I said I will only sign it once it’s fixed. Due to all these hassle, I decided to cancel roof and gutters just to not deal with this horrible company. However, they told me that if I cancel, they will keep the deposit of $5000 plus half of the entire payment. The people who are calling me are so disrespectful, raising their voice and talking over me instead of resolving the issue. I didn’t have any problems with other contractors who renovated our house other than Dabella. I made a mistake of dealing with Dabella. NEVER AGAIN.

Contract was signed in April 2021, work was supposed to start in July 2021, materials dropped in driveway in Sept of 2021 and work started in Oct 2021. No permits pulled and still Nov 2021 no permit. Roofing material left all over yard and nails were not picked up. I asked the Regional manager John McMullan how much he thought a few nails was. He informed me a few nails is 1/3 of a 5 gallon bucket. Contract says there will be a few nails after work completed but that is a ridiculous amount. He also told me that he was going to charge me an additional charge for an extra layer of roofing material that was removed. I informed him that the contract states any additional work would need to be in writing. Sheathing was supposed to be repaired and 6 sheets were delivered but not a single one was used. Previous vents were removed and holes not patched. The new venting doesn't even meet the current building codes. They didn't cut the sheathing properly. We WERE willing to pay a little more for a quality job but this was never quality. The regional manager has been calling demanding resolution but he isn't even willing to get the proper permits and inspections. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Luke Allen and Colton butcher came out and did a free estimate for my wife and I. They were very professional and polite and did great great job educating us on the state of our roof and what our options are. When the time is right Dabella will be first on our list for getting our roof done.

Josh and Brian were very knowledgeable and thorough, leading me through the estimate and financing process. They provided an excellent low-pressure, attentive service.

We have not gotten the roof yet but the two salesmen were absolutely amazing! Brian Strandley and Josh Fetter are awesome guys and very knowledgeable. They were on time and very thorough with their observations and very helpful with questions about the roofing product. Can't wait for my new roof!

It went really well, everything was done on time and we didn’t have to pay too much. The results have been great too, there has been no problems with the roof so far. Josh was a great help and stuck with us through the whole process and made this super simple for us.

Excellent work once done. The process took a little longer than expected but the end result has gotten me lots of compliments and a better looking home. Josh and Brandon represent the company well and were knowledgeable about the process.

Roof replacement

I was very satisfied with the evaluation and presentation provided. Kris McKethen was punctual, friendly and provided a thorough presentation regarding window replacement nation-wide. He covered the different parts, their quality and prices. I was provided a comprehensive display of all of my options and their prices. He didn't try to push me into a decision. I also received a presentation regarding the origin and history of the company and the relevant philosophy of the owner. If the actual window replacement equals the presentation of Kris, I will be quite satisfied.

A frustrating experience. We signed our contract with flex scheduling, and were told a crew could complete our project in about a week once started. Four months later, after zero contact and no prior notification, workers begin showing up to our home. Our project took over five weeks to complete. Having a child and dogs in our home, this was a huge inconvenience. Some days we would come home from work and see that the contract crew had only installed 10 new siding boards. The work done varies wildly in quality, and definitely was not done to “James Hardie specifications”. Our crew definitely did not appear to be professionally trained for the task. Corners were cut. The work crew left trash and pieces of our old lead contaminated siding scattered around the property, I will be picking up cigarette butts until the end of summer. Our contractor eventually grew tired of our project and continually told us it was completed, we pointed out work that still needed to be done, but were told the project was completed. We were frustrated and at a loss, as DaBella did not return calls or respond to emails. I took pictures and made a list of work I now had to do. The terrible experience continues. Our project was already wildly expensive, especially for the size of our home, but DaBella found a way to add on expenses. After Congress approved the second round of COVID-19 stimulus payments, we received a “final payment” bill for the amount of money we were going to receive, highly suspicious as we financed through DaBella so they could piece together how much our stimulus payment would be. I talked over the phone with DaBella, asking for clarification on the bill. I was given vague information, with nothing to justify the payment amount. I told DaBella my issues with the entire project experience over the phone again at this point, which has proven to be entirely fruitless, with zero attempts to fix any issues. DaBella then charged me the final payment amount with no approval. I have contacted DaBella multiple times to continue to dispute the charge, but it seems that they have my money and don’t want to deal with me. I also received a voicemail from a local GM, from a phone number that does not work when I call it. I have since talked to two separate customer service reps who assure me the appropriate people have been emailed and called, but nothing has progressed. Every time I’ve called customer service I’ve been told I would be contacted within 48 hours, that has never happened. I do not recommend working with DaBella. The DaBella experience is frustrating, terrible, slow, and complicated unprofessional. DaBella operates under the guise of being the industry leader, but only seems to take your money and run. And then charge you more money.
