Sales and installation staff were professional and helpful. From the time I signed the paperwork till the roof was complete was less than two weeks. Construction portion of the job was completed in one day, which is a huge plus. Price was a little high, but the quality was excellent and you can't really find a shingle with a 50yr warranty anywhere else. Overall Great Job!

roof job not started yet, met with Scott Bengfort and was given quote and very professional explanation of all work that will be performed and full explanation of the GAF roofing system and it's lifetime transferable warranty. I will update this description when work is completed, but so far I'm very pleased with the whole roof buying experience. I did have 1 other quote from another company but that company went out of business before work was started.

They explained their product very well and at the end of our meeting I was convinced it was the best quality for the cost of a new rood I knew I needed. The local crew that actually installed the roof was definitely the best I could ask for! They were knowledgeable and courteous. They even provided pictures so I could be sure what was said to be done actually got done! Thanks for the great job guys!

I asked for Chris F. to be the sales rep that would come to the appointment. Clinton showed up and when he found out he immediately called Chris F. to come over. This tells me that Reve has upstanding people. However, when I got the marketing call to establish an appointment because of a sale, they did not pay attention to the details of the times i preferred to be contacted or to make sure Chris F. was requested, This was the only hang up. I am looking forward to my new siding.

We signed the contract with Reve Exteriors on October 12, 2016 - in only 24 hours after their rep. Alexander came to our house with flyers from this company. Sales reps Nicholas DePucci and Keith Fuqua were right on time, did a thorough inspection of our roof and attic, explained what they found and even showed us some photos. They gave us a very impressive presentation, were very detailed about the process, roofing system, materials they use, and the warranty. They are knowledgeable, professional, positive and enthusiastic reps. It was a very positive experience for us. The project wasn't done in 3 to 8 weeks as estimated due to the weather. It was done in the beginning of April, almost 6 months after we signed the contract. We are very pleased with the result and very happy to have a new roof! The work was done very fast, in only 4 days. The subcontractor Alex and his crew are hard workers, very efficient, very precise and tidy.

Got a knock on my door one day from this company. They mentioned how they do roofs and me being in the market for one, decided to listen to what they had to offer. I asked for all the things you ask for when one comes to your door selling something. Company, phone number, location. I asked about ALL of it. The surveyor encouraged me to research their company and to do what I needed to in order to get some peace of mind. That night, I looked them up and was pleasantly surprised that these guys were the real deal. The next day two gentlemen named, Clinton and Shane came to my door. Not only were these men extremely knowledgeable about their product, they also knew a lot about their competitors product. They were very down to earth and not only answered all of my questions in detail but also explained everything that code calls for and how far above and beyond they will go for their customers. If the code for a roof calls for this, they will go past what is asked for to give you peace of mind. They talked us through their entire process and showed us just how amazing their product is. My roof looks absolutely phenomenal now and it is all thanks to Rêve Exteriors. I can only imagine what the gutters are going to look like when they are finish. Even though I only got a roof and gutters from them; when the time comes that I need siding, windows, or doors I will be calling up Clinton and Shane. I look forward to the day where I can have them come out and share another cup of coffee with me as we discuss what they can do to help my house feel more and more like a home.

Jonathan was awesome. When he came over to do the initial inspection and estimate he spent a lot of time getting to know the entire roof and everything that was there, what could be saved, and what needed to be replaced. He explained everything that he was doing and what he was looking at so we could understand why certain things had to be done a certain way. He went over the entire process and had sample material for every layer and again explained why each layer is put on the way it is. We look forward to having the team out to install in about 4-6 weeks weather permitting and will update the review once the entire project is completed.

Jon Mathes was very professional, knowledgable, and thorough. He went on the roof, into the attic space, and around the home. He explained the process, gave options, and answered all my questions. Theirs was not the lowest quote, but I feel the best value for the money. The re-roof starts in 6 to 8 weeks.

The level of professionalism in both knowledge and humble, confident demeanor shown by John M (and even Peter who canvassed the day before to set up appointments) impressed both me and my husband. This coupled with the kind spirit he displayed toward our kids and the respect he showed for our home means he and REVE Exteriors have our vote when we are ready to move forward and our recommendation for as many others as we can tell!

Dave the sales person was a lot of fun. Very personable. Also, educational. Learned a lot about siding and roofing. Feel like i am getting quality siding and roofing, actually got to see the product and touch it. Another guy came out to give me a bid and didn't even ask and questions or talk about the quality i want and warranty. Sent him down the road. Anyway, very pleased so far with the company so far.

It went great. It was fast and very interesting to hear all the details about my investment I would be making. They will.be coming soon so measure my windows and will be custom maDE for my home.

We recently purchased our new home in Oct 2015. The house was built in 1980 and had never had much work done to it so it needs a new roof in about 2 years, siding, gutters and windows. Our first priority are the windows which all need replace due to leaking energy. We have been thinking about getting them all replaced. Unfortunately, our present finances wouldn't allow it at this time but we did need to know how much we needed to save when we are ready. It so happened a canvasser, Alexander Osterlerg for the REVE Exteriors, LLC company happened to stop in our neighborhood and told us about his company. He made such an excellent sales pitch and intriguing offer on financing that we took him up on getting an appointment. The sales rep, Michael DeRosie-Drye (and his trainee) who came to present their products were prompt and friendly. After measuring all our windows, we sat through an informative pitch about the windows and the Lifetime warranty offered. My husband and I were impressed by their expert knowledge and thorough explanation of their windows as well as their candor on how we might finance the work. They answered our many questions with expert thoroughness. Despite not being able make a sale, Mr. DeRosie-Drye remained unfailingly polite, leaving us with estimates and business cards so we may take advantage when we are able. Due to their excellent presentation and sample of what their windows look like, we will indeed consider them for the job and suggest anyone looking to have this or any other work done (windows, roof replacement, gutters, siding, etc.) by this company to give them a listen. It will be worth your time.

The installation of 12 windows went very well. They were on time and professional. They cleaned up there mess. The windows are great, look good. I could fell the difference the new windows made. It is a lot warmer in the house these days. Thanks

more later as the work to be done will be started in about 8 weeks. So far the pre work and finance and picking materials experience has been excellent. I find the candid and honest information to be refreshing and caring. Ill post more as the work progresses, but so far would recommend this company to all.

I initially contacted their Liberty Lake, WA, office by phone, and set up an appointment for a roof inspection and bid. The woman I spoke with was very professional and courteous. The sales rep, Allen, arrived exactly on time. He was also friendly, courteous, and professional. He explained their available roofing products, financing options, and a bid to replace our roof. We were impressed with their roofing materials, which seemed to be superior to products we had inspected in home improvement stores. We signed a contract with Reve, and are now waiting for the work to begin

Keith came to offer bid to replace roof damaged by high winds last year. He was professional, thorough and friendly. We felt confident that the work would be done in a timely and professional manner with high quality products and an unheard of 50-year warranty. We hired Reve Exteriors for the job.

I was contacted within the time frame that the sales person Chris F. told me to expect. The office maintained that contact and followed through as everything proceeded. From the critical measurement to the finished project, I always knew what was going on in a timely manner. The installers were professional and approachable. They worked in a timely manner, kept a clean environment and listened to any suggestions. They were also willing to answer any and all questions about the project. I always knew their game plan. Immediately using less heat to keep the house comfortable. And the installers went above and beyond to seal a pet door insert better than I has In the new slider door. I would highly recommend the people and company if Reve and use them for any future home improvement needs.

Jebel worked with me to get me through the process. It was complicated by the fact that I live in the DC area, but my home is in Spokane. He went thorough the process together. There was more than once when he held my hand through a trying time. Thank you so much!

They were both amazing to work with very knowledgeable and friendly they did not push just showed us the quality and value and even gave us a substantial discount.
