THEY WERE RESPONSIVE TO OUR REQUESTS FOR ALTERNATIVES AND THEY DISCUSSED THE COSTS IN DETAIL WITH US AND WE MADE SOME CHANGES. THEY WERE ON TIME WHEN THEY SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENTS. THEY HAD THE FLEXIBILITY TO CHANGE THEIR SCHEDULE.
