The measuring job was very good.  There was some increase in charge when we were able to order larger windows than originally expected, and that was fine with us.  We received good advice about the type of window for greenhouse application (insulated but not low E so that enough uv light could penetrate for the benefit of the plants).  The installation job was quite good.  The reason this contractor gets a fair and not better rating is that (a) he charged a bit too much for our change in the color of the metal trim at a time we could no longer shop around and (b) he was not particularly responsive once the windows were installed and the fee was paid when one of the metal trim pieces came off in a windstorm and (c) he was not knowledgable or imaginative when it came to figuring out how to open and shut the awning windows that were too high up for anyone to reach them (16 feet).  We found a source of clerestory window poles ourselves on the internet and asked him to purchase the poles as part of the fee we had paid. He did, but purchased the wrong size because he did not call to find out that they had alternative sizes, one of which was perfect for us.  So we had to purchase the right size ourselves later.  One call on his part to the pole supply company would have saved this extra amount.

Installation was satisfactory, however from holding glass in place ( orig & reinstall) us disintegrating and leaking. Caulk has expanded to 308R 400% of original size.
