He allowed us to do all the purchasing and planning ourselves which helped with the cost. The whole project cost $70,000, but his cost was $26,000 for his labor. Everything he did was excellent. I would use him again, and I plan on having him build a pond for us. John did almost twice as much work for less than another contractor was going to charge me for half of the work that John did.
