+ 0 moreHe allowed us to do all the purchasing and planning ourselves which helped with the cost. The whole project cost $70,000, but his cost was $26,000 for his labor. Everything he did was excellent. I would use him again, and I plan on having him build a pond for us. John did almost twice as much work for less than another contractor was going to charge me for half of the work that John did. There are 2 John Roberts contractors on the Island, so make sure you use the phone number for this service provider.
Description of Work: He did a whole house renovation and a completely new kitchen.
